Q. Returning an order

If your order has already been shipped, you may return it to us within 30 days
of your receiving it. Please ship the item back to us in the original carton
with the product in it's original unopened packaging (opened vials or boxes
will not be accepted for credit). For your protection, we suggest sending the
items back via UPS or insured parcel post. Please enclose a copy of your invoice
with the return. Upon our receipt of your package, your original credit card
account will be credited.
If your order has not yet shipped and you would
like to cancel, we will simply issue a refund to your original credit card
account.

Q. Understanding your
prescription

A prescription for contact lenses is different than a prescription for
eyeglasses. We can only fill orders for you if the information provided by your
eyecare practitioner is current and accurate.

Brand Name - name of contact
Lenses Power - either + (plus power) or - (minus power) Base Curve -
curvature of the lens Diameter - size of the lens Cylinder - only
necessary for toric lens wearers Axis - only necessary for toric lens
wearers Color - optional Add Power - only necessary for bifocal lens
wearers
You must also provide us with doctor name, phone number and last
examination date in order to complete your order. Lens orders cannot be
processed without this information.
