    A. Campus Contacts prides itself on the speed in which orders are processed and shipped, usually on the same day they are ordered.
     

    Q. Payment information

    A. Campus Contacts accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card along with personal checks and money orders (U.S. funds only). If you would prefer to pay by check or money order, please call a customer service representative at 1-800-79-CAMPUS (1-800-792-2678) to place your order. Personal checks may be held up to 10 business days for funds clearance.
     

    Q. Campus Contacts account

    A. Once you have created an account, by making a purchase, you will be able to access that information with just a click. "My Account" is where your order history is kept, along with your contact lens prescriptions and eye care practitioner information. You can update "My Account" at any time, which will enable you to place orders faster in the future.
     

    Q. Special order lenses

    A. Certain toric lenses are custom made to your eye care practitioner's specifications and will take additional time to fabricate. Please be aware that these types of lenses can take up to 14 additional days, so you might want to order a spare set so that you are never without a back-up pair.

    A. If your lens is not listed, please contact us by email (customercare@campuscontacts.com) or call our customer service department 1-800-79-CAMPUS (1-800-792-2678). They will be happy to assist you.
